Our products
We specialise in acrylic prostheses manufactured using the SR Ivocap injection system. Where required, metal frameworks are outsourced to a specialist private laboratory. In the construction of our dentures we use teeth from the Ivoclar-Vivadent range which has 20 shades and 24 upper moulds.
The SR Ivocap injection system
This is a closed-flask, high-impact acrylic heat/pressure polymerisation procedure which compensates for shrinkage and ensures a perfect fit with no increase in vertical dimension.
Partial dentures
All of our prostheses are manufactured to the highest standards, and every effort is made to ensure a perfect fit. Partial dentures are returned fitted to the master model, reducing chair-side time during fitting.
